Fernand is senior vice president – guest experience and customer engagement at Accor. An experienced marketing and customer-experience executive, he has more than 20 years in leading multinational, marketing, customer experience, food and beverage, and loyalty organizations. His team is responsible for brand, marketing and communication strategy across all engagement touchpoints.

Prior to Accor, Fernand was a partner with the Chameloen Collective, a strategic consulting firm focused on solving challenges across business, brand, product, executive recruiting, and technology.  He was also vice president – global marketing for American Airlines, leading the team responsible for advertising, brand, product development, promotions, sponsorship and marketing initiatives for all of the company’s products and services.
