Graduated from Essec Business School, Isabelle Birem joined Air France group in 1989, after 2.5 years working for McDonald’s as Store manager.

She held several positions in the Commercial Division before being promoted as General Manager for Air France Argentina and Chile, based in Buenos-Aires.

In 2005, she moved to Sao Paulo as General Manager for Air France KLM in Brazil.

In 2009 she was appointed as Managing Director for the loyalty program of Air France KLM, Flying Blue
In March 2012, she joined Accor where she holds the position of SVP Customer Relation and Loyalty, in charge of Customer Relationship Management, Loyalty Program, Customer Contact Centers, and Social Media.
