He’s also building strategic partnerships with global online intermediaries being Meta-Search Engines, Affiliate Platforms and key travel partners like Google and Tripadvisor to always get access to more customers and generate more traffic to the group branded websites.

A strong focus for Remy and his team is also to build a state-of-of-the-art CRM platform which will support the ability for the group to master a ‘Single Customer View’ relationship & communication strategy with all its customers.
